Steven Lee Fotheringham married Collette Keller. They have two children: 1. Jeffrey Fotheringham 2. Brooke Ann Fotheringham. Steven and Collette divorced. Steven then married Jill Stephanie Sousa. Jill was born 13 December 1946 to Bill and Kathleen Sousa. She died 25 Dec 2010 at Doctors Hospital, Modesto, Stanislaus, California. Jill had children by a previous marriage. |
