Wilmer Carl Anderson was born 27 May 1902 near Wahoo, Saunders Co., NE. He died 11 February 1979 at Blackfoot Hospital, Blackfoot, Bingham Co., ID, and is buried near his wife at Riverside-Thomas Cemetery, Blackfoot, Bingham, ID. Find A Grave Memorial # 30586988. Wilmer was still living with his parents, working on the family farm, at the time of the 1930 Census. In 1935, he moved to Idaho, and spend several years as an independent trapper. In 1938, he began trapping for the Fish and Wildlife Service as a mammal control agent, working near Challis, ID for more than 25 years. He worked as a government trapper until his retirement in 1966. After retirement, and until his death, he continued to privately trap with his brother, Emfred, during the fall months. On 1 June 1977, he married Tressie Leona Sibbett, daughter of Samuel Alexander Sibbett & Eveline Brown. She was born 23 May 1902 near Grey's Lake, ID, and died 14 Oct 1996 in Bingham Co., ID. Tressie married her first husband, 1) Carey E. Gasper 1 March 1921. They divorced. She then married 2 ) Michael Anton Goeden on 22 May 1928. He died in Dec 1974. (Find A Grave Memorial# 30586851) She married 3) Wilmer Carl Anderson. After Wilmer's death, Tressie returned to the Goeden surname. She is buried with her 2nd husband, Mike Goeden.
